Your check-ins (scores, symptoms, meals, notes, settings) stay on your device. No account is required for normal use. Uninstalling the app removes local app data on that device.
Apple or Google process payments. We do not receive your card details.
Hosting and media delivery (e.g. Cloudflare) may process standard technical logs such as IP and request time to serve pages and files securely. Your check-in content is not sent with those requests in the standard design.
We do not show ads and do not sell your check-in data.
If you export or share a CSV, it leaves your device only where you send it.
